Moju is a city in the state of Pará, Brazil, located on the left (east) bank of the Moju River, some 35 km from its mouth at the Amazon River. It is the fourth most populous city in the state, with an estimated population of 133,166 in 2020. The municipality covers an area of 5,675 km².

Moju was originally a small village of the Tupinambá Indians. It became a town in 1755 and a city in 1852. whaling captains in the early 19th century, it was a center for the export of rubber and cattle. Moju is now a hub for the sugarcane and rice industries.
