WIAW
| March 7, 2012 | Posted by Carrie under food, What I Ate Wednesday |
I’ve been wanting to link up for What I Ate Wednesday for weeks. WIAW is the brain child of Jen who is an RD To Be and blogs at Peas & Crayons. Lots of food going on over there, Jen’s artistic take on things makes it all look fantastic. WIAW is a way to share food ideas and an appreciation for good food.
The theme of WIAW for February was to share your love of veggies. The March theme took it a step further and is about sharing Green Veggies. Fun.
Here goes some green!
Awesome Veggie Dish #1 (above) : roasting asparagus from dinner last night

i saw the asparagus photo as a thumbnail on the wiaw page and clicked right away! aren’t you so glad that asparagus is coming back in season? i have a bunch in my fridge now for cooking. and roasting is my preferred method for sure.
Yes! I saw it at the store and was so happy! I’ve seen a lot of asparagus in WIAW posts. Yum! I may have to get more really soon. Thanks for visiting.
Yay! I’m glad you joined the wiaw party… lovely, healthy eating day!
Well, it wasn’t all the same day, but I am good at the veggies.
The asparagus was a popular veggie today. Thanks for visiting.
Roasted asparagus is one of my favorites. A little olive oil and salt and I’m happy. Thanks for visiting.
