Weighted Resistance Ball Giveaway
I love being able to get my workout in during whatever else is going on at home. I only need a few things – mainly a stability ball and some hand weights. (dog not required)
I’m slowly accumulating a few other pieces including heavier weights as I’m getting stronger and trying to push myself. Which is why I was excited to be given the opportunity to try out a new item.
The Sportline 3 in 1 Weighted Resistance Ball. It’s a medicine ball with shifting weight, a stability ball and a core ball for ab training.
It’s smaller than a regular sized stability ball, but bigger than a medicine ball, making it rather useful for a variety of exercises. It weighs 5 pounds.
I used it last night in my Best Body Bootcamp strength workout. The workout called for squat tosses with a medicine ball and I have to say this ball worked excellent. It was fun to toss it around and it was easy to catch.
(Yes, I start my workouts in my slippers.
And I do often workout in the corner of my room)
The people at Sportline are letting me giveaway a Weighted Resistance Ball to one of my readers. Yay! So, leave a comment on this post below and follow the Rafflecopter instructions to enter to win. Giveaway will end on Friday, February 15th. Open to US and Canadian residents.
And, it’s Friday, so I’m linking up to Jill’s Fitness Friday Blog Hop. Go say hello to lots of health and fitness bloggers.

That’s so cool! I had no idea there were weighted resistance balls! My favorite stability ball exercise is decline push ups.

I was introduced to weighted balls (are they also called ballast balls?) a few years ago. My gym doesn’t have them and I’ve actually thought about adding sand to my own stability ball. I’d love to win this; a great tool to use with my personal training clients!

I love doing shoulder presses on the stability ball so I can work my core at the same time. I also like chest flies on the stability ball.
I like doing sit-ups and rollout planks on stability balls. Also just doing various core balance exercises on them is fun.
I’ve seen these before, but never tried one, thanks for the giveaway chance!!! I use my large stability ball for a couple of things, mostly sit-ups. But if I am working at my desk in my home office I use it instead of a chair, oddly enough (besides the fun bounce) it’s a really great ab core workout and you don’t really have to do anything but sit, bounce a little and use your core to balance for a few hours while working:)

Love multi use exercise equipment. I’ve been on the market for a stability ball and this would be perfect. I exercise at home too and the less equipment I have the better.
hamstring extensions:)
I love planks off the stability ball.

I love to do push ups on a stability ball. Sadly, I can’t do them otherwise. This way I can work up to standard situps.

Ooh, there are so many options for the stability ball, all of which jack up your core! Love it for planks, push ups, pikes, and on and on and on…
This weighted ball looks great! Either that, or it will resemble the whole Crossfit wall ball and give me nightmares
