Thursday seems to be Biggest Loser Day

Since I don’t watch Biggest Loser until Wednesdays, it seems to be my thoughts for my Thursday post. So, it just gets dragged out for the week.
I’m still not really ‘in to’ the contestants, but my thoughts this week are more general about the show.
1. Nutrition- I’m so glad that they talked more about nutrition. They’ve always had such a focus on working out, there was just something missing. All that working out perpetuates the theory that one must have a trainer and work out 5 hours a day to lose weight and that’s not true. It starts in the kitchen. The new RD looks very qualified. Here is an article about her. By the way, why don’t they call her an RD? Below her name always said “Nutritionist”. Just a peeve of mine since it seems like many people don’t know what a Dietitian is. She is a Dietitian.
