The month is coming to a close… I hope you’ve enjoyed following along with The Fitness Cheerleader’s Blogger Challenge. Tomorrow I’ll be sharing my Foodie Pen Pal fun from this month, so today is going to be my last Blogger Challenge Topic.
My Fitness Inspiration
At first, I was thinking of this topic as in a person who inspires me. But, then I was thinking about my awesome run yesterday morning and I decided I wanted to talk about that.
I find the beautiful moments of the day to inspire me. I know that I would not have been able to experience them if I wasn’t out for a run at 6:15AM on a Wednesday.
So what if I stop multiple times during my run to take pictures? It’s pretty and I’m inspired by my surroundings. Even with the city streets and all. The clouds were beautiful, the sun was peeking out.
Now, yes there are a ton of people who inspire me to be active. First is my husband and my kids. I want to have a long and healthy life and be there for them. Number 1.
I could go on and on with the people in the blogger world that inspire me, but let’s just say that you should join Fitfluential and follow the #Fitfluential hashtag on Twitter and Instagram and you’ll be inspired too.
Love your take on the inspiration prompt. Yesterday Chad and I ran at 5:00 a.m. and the sight of the dark sky and millions of twinkling stars was so inspiring. And the same with seeing the sun come up. Things that runners see
Thank you. I remember getting up a few times in college at 5:30 or something and thinking it was the middle of the night. Now, I see it as the most peaceful time of the day.
I also love taking time to appreciate my surroundings when I go take my Run in the mornings…It keeps me motivated to see such a calm peaceful environment, clear air and a beautiful sunshine is what keep me inspired to always go running again the next day! Great Inspiration!
