This post is sponsored by Honest Tea. I was provided samples of their product at no cost and was not required to write a positive review. All opinions about this promotion and the products are my own.
Do you know that there are over 400 National Parks in the US?
I was recently contacted by the people at Honest Tea and asked if I would share this fun promotion with all of you. Honest Tea has partnered with the National Park Foundation for the month of April in celebration of Earth Month. The Honest Tea – Park Your Thirst promotion is intended to encourage people to share their enthusiasm for the great outdoors.
Here’s what you should do – Go find your closest national park. Go for a hike or a run. Soak in the scenery, enjoy your surroundings. Take a selfie and share on social media and tag it with #ParkYourThirst and @HonestTea. You can win an annual pass to the national parks and a month supply of Honest Tea. You can visit honesttea.com/parks for more information about their partnership. Also check out Honest Tea if you’re looking for a natural ice tea that tastes great and is made with environmental awareness and no artificial sweeteners.
If you can’t get out there right now, why not look in to planning your next vacation at a National Park? My family has visited a few – from the Grand Canyon to Sequoia to Mesa Verde. Each time, we’ve found something new to explore. When we share memories of vacations, we usually go back to these park vacations. My son right now is working on his 5th grade state report and is doing Colorado mostly because of the lasting memories from our trip to Mesa Verde.

What’s the last National Park you visited? Do you have one in your backyard? If so, I’m jealous
And, yes I know I’m working on my write up of the amazing weekend that was Ragnar SoCal. But, this was easier… that one is almost done and let’s just say it was amazing and we’re already discussing keeping the gang together and running Ragnar Napa Valley in September. Call us insane!
