I’ve been hearing people talk about Body Glide and other products, but I never thought to use them as I don’t feel like I chafe anywhere.
Until this blister.
I picked up a small size of Body Glide and have now used it a few times, including on my 4 miler yesterday. It totally works.
I have to say, it feels really weird to have my feet a little slippery when I’m just walking around. But, when I’m running, there’s no friction at all. So cool.
I’m using a stick and then just spreading it on my toes. For those who haven’t used it, it’s just like a roll on deoderent as far as consistency goes. I would have gotten a cream, but the store was out.
